How To Place An Order?
You can place an order by choosing a suitable package in the “CV Services” section. After payment, the system will ask you to upload your current CV or fill out our online questionnaire if you do not have one. Your information is then sent to a writer who specialises in your selected field of work.
How does the writing process work?
Once you have placed an order and submitted all the required information, you will receive the link to our internal CRM system via email. Using this system, you will be able to communicate with your writer directly, receive documents and request revisions.
How we will receive your information?
When placing an order you will be given the choice of uploading your CV or completing our online questionnaire. If the writer requires any additional information they will contact you via our CRM system.
What do we guarantee?

What is our refund policy?
You have the right to request a refund if you are not satisfied with any of our products. Please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will investigate your claim within 24 hours and you could be offered either one of the following; full or partial refund, alternative writer or a fresh revision.
If the Company issues a full refund, it reserves the right to use your CV for advertising purposes. All the personal information on the document will be removed inline with the UK GDPR.
